Job description

The Video Director is responsible for the excellent operation and upkeep of the broadcast video system at the Keller Campus and serves as the director of live video experiences church-wide. With an eye for excellence and excellent communication skills to lead camera operators, the Video Director is a key role that is integral to the delivery and dissemination of the church's message of faith and biblical values through the avenues of live production and worship ministry abroad at the broadcast campus.

Core Responsibilities

Operate as the primary video director for weekend services in the Worship Center at our Broadcast (Keller) Campus.

Keep Milestone Church at the front of industry standards when it comes to live video best practices and technology.

Serve as the primary point of contact for installation and upkeep of broadcast camera, switching, and routing systems.

Oversee the development and implementation of training benchmarks and protocols for volunteer camera operators, shaders, and live video directors.

Partner with the Production team members to recruit, develop, and serve a large volunteer base.

Travel to other campuses as needed to provide quality control, feedback, instruction, and coaching.

Assist with loading and testing of video and graphic content for weekend services in the Worship Center and any additional venues as needed.

Assist as needed in training Milestone College Production practicum students; aid in mentoring, training, and coaching students.

Assist as needed in post-production editing and archiving of recorded services and events.

Assist Central Production staff with weekly tasks or system-wide projects or installations.

Encourage volunteers in their continued spiritual and personal growth by encouraging the avenues available through Milestone Church like the Growth Track, Freedom Ministry, and more.

Work with Broadcast production teams to plan and execute excellent services, and ensure the appropriate display of Milestone Churchโ€™s biblical alignment in any form of communication being produced in the environment

Must attend at least one service per weekend to maintain a healthy and thriving religious faith that aligns with the vision and values of Milestone Church.

MAC experience and basic Microsoft Office applications.

Experience with Adobe Software Products.
