  • Elevate creative execution across video, design, campaign assets, social content, and brand storytelling, ensuring output is both high-quality and commercially effective.
  • Strengthen Crisp's brand presence across social, podcast, thought leadership, content, and community-driven channels.
  • Implement clear marketing processes, operating rhythms, workflows, KPIs, dashboards, and accountability systems to improve speed, quality, and team performance.
  • Break down silos across marketing functions and build a culture of urgency, collaboration, ownership, and high standards.
  • Hire, coach, manage, and develop marketing leaders and specialists across creative, performance, brand, lifecycle, and operations.
  • Apply AI, automation, and emerging marketing technology to improve campaign execution, reporting, creative production, personalization, and team efficiency.

Requirements:
  • 10+ years of integrated marketing leadership experience, including ownership of multi-disciplinary teams across performance marketing, creative, brand, lifecycle/email, events, and marketing operations.
  • Strong sales-centered marketing experience with demonstrated impact on revenue, pipeline, lead generation, acquisition, and retention.
  • Proven success leading lead generation strategy in a sales-led or high-growth environment.
  • Hands-on understanding of paid media, AdOps, campaign tracking, attribution, optimization, and performance reporting.
  • Significant experience with email and lifecycle marketing, including improving open rates, managing campaign calendars, segmentation, nurture strategy, and conversion performance.
  • Experience leading creative teams across video, design, campaign creative, social, and brand execution.
  • Strong process orientation with experience building workflows, operating rhythms, dashboards, and accountability systems in a fast-moving environment.
