The Associate Art Director partners with the Creative Director to bring the brand's creative vision to life across photography, video, social, and campaigns. This role leads art direction from concept through final execution, ensuring work is visually compelling, cohesive, and aligned with the brand. The ideal candidate combines strong conceptual thinking and visual storytelling with hands-on creative skills, collaboration, and the ability to guide and elevate the work of others.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with the Creative Director to evolve and execute the brand's visual identity, creative strategy, and consistent visual language across channels.
  • Lead art direction for photography, video, social content, and integrated campaigns, ensuring high-quality and on-brand execution.
  • Develop and present original creative concepts, storyboards, visual treatments, mood boards, and high-fidelity mockups.
  • Translate brand strategy and insights into compelling, cohesive "360-campaign" ideas that drive engagement and brand awareness.
  • Oversee creative projects from concept through final delivery, directing photographers, videographers, editors, designers, and freelancers.
  • Provide clear creative direction and feedback to junior designers and creative partners to elevate the overall quality of work.
  • Adapt to feedback, shifting priorities, and tight production timelines while maintaining a high standard of creative excellence.
Required Qualifications
  • 2-4 years of experience in a creative agency or fast-paced in-house creative environment.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing produced photo, video, social, and campaign work.
  • Proven ability to develop insight-driven creative concepts and execute "360-campaign" ideas.
  • Strong experience art directing photo and video shoots.
  • Ability to create shoot decks, storyboards, mood boards, and high-fidelity visual presentations.
  • Strong sketching and visualization skills for brainstorming and concept development.
  • Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Familiarity with Figma and modern AI-assisted design tools.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate and defend creative decisions.
  • Comfortable collaborating cross-functionally with brand managers, marketers, copywriters, production teams, and stakeholders.
