Paul Davis Restoration of Pasadena CA helps homeowners and businesses recover after fire, water, mold, and storm damage. Our teams show up on some of the hardest days our clients face, and we treat that responsibility seriously. At the same time, we are a company built by real people who care about our community, our craft, and each other. We are looking for a social media professional who can help us tell that full story: the expertise and trust that make us a leading restoration provider, and the personality that makes us a company people genuinely want to work with.
We are hiring a Social Media & Brand Content Manager to build and manage a cohesive, professional presence across our social channels. This role owns our content strategy, calendar, and voice, blending educational and authority building content with lighter, humanizing content that shows our team, culture, and personality.
What You Will Do:

  • Develop and manage a content calendar across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok, balancing educational, promotional, and behind the scenes content
  • Establish and protect a consistent brand voice, visual style, and posting cadence
  • Turn technical restoration topics (water mitigation, fire and smoke damage, mold remediation, insurance claims) into content that builds trust with homeowners, adjusters, and property managers
  • Capture and produce photo and video content on active job sites, in the office, and with our crews, including before and after transformations and team spotlights
  • Create posts that show our team's personality and culture in a way that still reflects well on the business
  • Monitor engagement, respond to comments and messages in a timely and on brand manner
  • Track performance metrics and adjust strategy to support brand awareness and lead generation goals
  • Work with leadership to align social content with sales, marketing, and recruiting priorities
  • Use good judgment around timing and tone given the nature of our work
What We Are Looking For:

  • 2 or more years managing social media accounts for a business, preferably in construction, home services, insurance, or a related trade
  • A track record of growing an account's following and engagement, with examples or a portfolio you can share
  • Strong photography and video skills, including basic editing (Canva, CapCut, or Adobe Express)
  • Ability to write both professional and casual copy, and to know which one a post calls for
  • Comfort with scheduling and analytics tools such as Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or Later
  • A sharp eye for visual consistency across a feed
  • Self motivated and organized, able to plan content weeks in advance while staying flexible
  • Genuine comfort talking with crew members and clients on site to gather stories and footage
Nice to Have:

  • Experience in the restoration, remediation, construction, or insurance claims industry
  • Familiarity with local SEO, Google Business Profile, and review management
  • Experience supporting recruiting or employer branding content
  • Basic graphic design skills for flyers or branded templates
What We Offer:

  • Competitive wages, based on experience
  • Medical insurance, with the employer paying 50% of the premium
  • Vision and dental insurance
  • Mileage reimbursement
  • Paid time off
  • Paid holidays
  • 401k
How to Apply:
Please send a resume along with links to social accounts you have managed or a short portfolio of content you have created. Examples that show a mix of professional and personality driven posts are especially welcome.

Flexible work from home options available.
