About the Role:
D1 Training - Melbourne is looking for an energetic and personable Front Desk/Social Media Associate to be the face of our facility and the voice of our brand online. This is a dynamic dual-role opportunity perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced fitness environment and has a passion for connecting with people both in person and across digital platforms. If you love fitness, people, and content creation, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities
Front Desk & Member Experience:
  • Greet and check in members and guests, providing a welcoming, professional first impression every time
  • Answer incoming calls and respond to emails and inquiries about training programs, memberships, and facility offerings
  • Support membership sales — presenting programs, following up on leads, and helping prospective members find the right fit
  • Assist with new member onboarding, facility tours, and program explanations
  • Manage day-to-day front desk operations, scheduling, and check-ins using MindBody
  • Keep the lobby and front desk area clean, organized, and on-brand
Social Media & Content:

  • Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other platforms
  • Capture photos and video during training sessions, events, and facility highlights
  • Monitor and respond to social media comments, messages, and inquiries
Qualifications:
  • Previous front desk, customer service, or social media experience preferred
  • Proficiency in MindBody strongly preferred
  • Experience with membership or fitness sales is a big plus
  • Comfortable creating and editing photo/video content for social platforms
  • Strong communication skills and a genuinely outgoing, positive attitude
  • Reliable, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Passion for fitness and community — you don't have to be an athlete, but you should love being around them
