Job Description:
The Manager, Video will work cross-functionally with internal teams and vendors to develop and execute and negotiate national media buys across multiple video channels (digital video, OTT, Programmatic etc.). The role will require knowledge of both programmatic and digital video media. This is a collaborative, fast-paced team, dedicated to great client service and fostering an environment for professional growth and innovation.
Responsibilities:
Negotiate & Purchase Video that delivers upon strategic brand goals
Maintain and steward buys throughout each brand campaign
Stays on top of trends within the programmatic and digital video landscape
Assist in development and activation of marketing and added value executions
Assist in the development of buy recommendations and analysis
Support development of strategic approach and experience design by delivering channel ideas and providing the link to reality of historical performance and in-market opportunities
Acts as the channel expert for the team, having heavy communication with the marketplace and developing POV's
Knowledge of digital video trafficking process (experience working in Prisma, DV360, The Trade Desk etc.)
Train and mentor Negotiators and Assistants
Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in media buying with at least two full years of experience executing and negotiating media buys across programmatic and digital video
The ideal candidate for this position is an agile, proactive, team player who is curious and open to the changing face of media buying through technological advancementNew York: $50,000.00-$95,000.00
