Our team is a dynamic mix of Chiropractors, Functional Medicine Physicians, Nutritionists, Acupuncturists, Physical Therapists, Physical Therapist Assistants, and Massage Therapists. Together, we provide a holistic, in-house approach to healthcare that truly transforms lives.
What You'll Do:
  • Collaborative Leadership: Work closely with the Director of Operations to support both the front desk and clinical teams, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional patient experiences.
  • Operational Excellence: Assist in managing daily operations, improving processes, and maintaining high standards of service.
  • Multi-Clinic Support: Travel to multiple clinic locations as needed to provide support and ensure consistent operational standards across all sites.

What We're Looking For:
  • Experienced Professional: Background in a front office or hospitality role with strong supervisory skills.
  • Healthcare Knowledge: Experience in the healthcare field and a general understanding of health insurance are a plus, but not required.
  • Proactive Leader: A detail-oriented, proactive individual with a passion for leadership and excellence.

Schedule: Full-time, Monday - Friday
Responsibilities
• Coordinate patient appointments and manage scheduling to ensure seamless clinic operations.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to facilitate patient care plans and ensure comprehensive service delivery.
• Assist in managing patient records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality in all documentation.
• Support the front desk team in delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining a welcoming clinic environment.
• Work closely with the Director of Operations to implement process improvements and enhance patient experiences.
Qualifications
• At least 1 year of experience in a leadership role.
• Bilingual in English & Spanish.
• Keen attention to detail to complete operational audits, insurance billing, and patient care tasks
• Have the proven ability to provide leadership and a supportive presence.
• Preference will be given to candidates with experience working in any of the following settings: healthcare, chiropractic, physical therapy, acupuncture, massage, or naturopathic medicine.
