EGStoltzfus is seeking an Executive Vice President (EVP) of Commercial Construction to lead the division through its next phase of strategic growth. Reporting directly to the President, this is a rare opportunity to step into a well-established operation with the credibility, momentum, and the people already in place. The EVP will be joining a team of seasoned construction leaders who bring decades of hands-on industry expertise and a shared commitment to doing the work the right way. As a key member of the leadership team, the EVP will provide strategic and operational oversight across preconstruction, project management, field operations, and business development, while playing an active role in long-term planning and market expansion. The ideal candidate brings proven leadership in a commercial construction environment, particularly within design-build and multi-family projects, and will thrive working alongside a team that takes the craft seriously. Requirements

Executive Vice President (EVP) of Commercial Construction position qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience, required
  • A minimum of ten (10) years of successful light commercial/multi-family residential construction experience, strongly preferred
  • A history of effectively developing people, managing projects, and growing a department/organization, required
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, essential
  • Demonstrated community involvement, strongly preferred
