The Vice President of Heart, Vascular, Stroke, and Interventional Radiology (HVSIR) Service Line provides executive leadership for the strategic, operational, financial, and clinical performance of the service line across Beacon Health System. Reporting directly to the Chief Clinical Officer, this role operates in a dyad leadership model in partnership with the Physician Clinical Medical Directors for HVSIR, jointly accountable for delivering superior clinical outcomes, patient experience, growth, and financial performance across the continuum of care. The VP reports to the Chief Clinical Officer and partners closely with hospital presidents, operational leaders, finance, IT and physician leadership to advance a high-performing, integrated cardiovascular, neurovascular, and interventional platform.
