Job description

The Vice President, Gaming Partnerships will build and lead a revenue team to deliver on the brand integration opportunities within the EA College Football The Vice President, Gaming Partnerships will build and lead a team dedicated to capturing revenue within the EA Sports College Football digital ecosystem. In this role, you will grow advertising, in game branding opportunities, and partnership revenue within the EA Sports College Football game by shaping go-to-market strategy, owning key client relationships, and translating brand goals into scalable in-game activations.
The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in digital media sales, strong client relationships, and a proven ability to lead consultative sales efforts in a fast-paced, evolving digital landscape.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Revenue Optimization
    • Build and mentor a team to sell and deliver assets in the EA College Football Game
    • Own and manage the sales pipeline and execute contracts based on established rate cards, ensuring all brand integrations meet both revenue targets and institutional standards
    • Consistently deliver against revenue goals
  • High-Stakes Relationship Management
    • Build long-term, high-value relationships with enterprise level advertisers, agencies and strategic partners
    • Proactively manages account renewals and upsells by delivering exceptional service and demonstrable campaign results.
  • Beyond the Field Innovation
    • Identify and develop creative in-game branding opportunities within the EA College Sports video game ecosystem
    • In coordination with EA Sports, innovate and expand inventory opportunities within the game
    • Leverage market insights and analytics to build customized proposals that solve client challenges and drive ROI
  • Strategic Partnership and Retention
    • Lead the efforts necessary to ensure effective delivery and execution of the implementation of all assets through effective communication with all stakeholders
    • Stay at the forefront of digital trends, ad technologies, and measurement tools to position the company as a market leader
  • Other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in digital media, gaming, or advertising sales, with a proven record of building teams and exceeding revenue targets.
  • Must demonstrate experience building and maintaining relationships with key decision-makers at brands and media agencies.
  • Established relationships with key decision-makers at brands and media agencies.
  • Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and strategic planning skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and analytics platforms.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
