Job description

Gravitee is a 2025 Gartner® Magic Quadrant™ Leader, on a mission to govern the world’s intelligence.

We deliver the industry’s most advanced platform for Any API, Any Event, and Any AI Agent, trusted by global leaders like Michelin, Roche, and Blue Yonder.

Why Gravitee?

  • The Mission: We are bridging the gap between traditional tech and the new frontier of AI Security.

  • The Momentum: We combine the credibility of a market leader with the high-octane speed of a startup.

  • The DNA: We hire "Hold Nothing Back" individuals - passionate professionals who want to redefine how the world interacts with technology.

The Role

This is a category-creation role, not a category-maintenance one.

This is a category-creation role. Gravitee is positioning Agent Management as the governance and accountability layer for AI agents, and we need a VP of Product Marketing to own that narrative — with analysts, the field, and the market — and get the whole company behind it. You'll be the voice of the category: on stage, with the board, and everywhere the story needs to land. You'll report to Dan (SVP Marketing) and partner closely with Linus (CPTO) to keep the story technically credible as well as compelling.

What You’ll Be Doing

At Gravitee, impact isn’t abstract - it’s visible and global. In this role, you will:

  • Category Creation & Positioning — Define and defend Agent Management as a category; own the master narrative.

  • Storytelling & Evangelism — Be the face of the category on stage, with the board, and internally — get the company genuinely excited.

  • TAM Expansion — Map new ICP segments and adjacencies; own the board-level growth narrative.

  • Technical Credibility — Hold your own with CTOs and platform engineers so the story survives technical scrutiny.

  • Field Enablement & Launches — Battlecards, talk tracks, and launch orchestration for the agent pivot.

  • Expansion — Partner with CS and Growth on the cross-sell narrative into the existing base, tied to renewals.

  • Team Building — Build and scale a lean, high-leverage PMM function.

What you will bring
  • A track record of creating a category, not inheriting one — ideally in B2B infrastructure or dev tools.

  • Genuine stage presence — you can hold a room and make people feel the vision, not just understand it.

  • Enterprise GTM depth at scale: field alignment, AE enablement, demonstrated pipeline influence.

  • Technical fluency in APIs/integration platforms and agentic systems (MCP, tool-calling, orchestration).

  • A builder's instinct — you've stood up or scaled a PMM function before.

  • Executive and board-level presence.

Nice to have: analyst-recognized category experience (Gartner/Forrester); background in APIM, iPaaS, security, or observability; OSS/community-led marketing; sales enablement or competitive intel tooling (Highspot, Klue, Gong, Clay); an additional European language.

Who Thrives Here

Our growth is powered by people who bring passion to their craft, professionalism to their execution, and a commitment to excellence. You’ll thrive here if you:

  • Care deeply about high-quality output and brand clarity.

  • Are curious, adaptable, and energized by the fast-moving AI landscape.

  • Take full ownership of your projects from concept to completion.

  • Value a culture of openness, collaboration, and constant evolution.

Bonus Points: Experience in SaaS, AI-enabled systems, or open-source communities, but a "growth mindset" and curiosity matter most.

Life at Gravitee

At Gravitee, we invest in humans, not just roles.

You’ll get:

  • Salary up to $300k

  • Competitive medical coverage

  • Pension / 401k program options

  • Stock options - you build it, you own it

  • 25 days holiday + in-country national holidays

  • 3 mental health days + wellness allowance

  • Your birthday off ????

  • Professional development budget to fuel your growth

  • Hybrid work culture with hubs across regions

  • Quarterly team events + annual offsite at an exciting location

  • A meaningful, progressive, global company culture that is as fun as it is hardworking

  • Endless growth opportunities

At Gravitee, we believe diverse perspectives make better products and stronger teams.
