ASPIRUS ST. LUKE'S in Duluth, MN is seeking a SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT - PRESIDENT- MN MARKET to join our ADMINISTRATION team!
Salary Range: $225.33 - $262.16 Hourly
The Senior Vice President - President - MN Market will provide strategic leadership, to support, optimize and execute performance of the assigned Aspirus' Division. This will be carried out in support and commitment to Aspirus' Strategic Pillars: Quality, Service, People, Growth and Finance and in concert with the overall strategic direction of the Aspirus Health System. The Senior Vice President will promote a regional culture of accountability, collaboration and integration that enhances the provision of excellent patient care/satisfaction and fiscal accountability, while maintaining and supporting the Division's and Aspirus' strategic objectives.
Experience/Qualifications
  • Knowledge and experience in the following normally acquired through completion of a Bachelor of Science degree in a related field, master's degree desired:
  1. Leadership training and experience
  2. Financial management
  3. Lean methodology and or related knowledge
  4. Financial budgeting
  5. Customer service methods
  6. Strategic planning
  7. Effective communication and Employee engagement
  • Seven to ten years of progressive experience in related public or private sector field.
  • Evidence of continued professional development such as membership in the American College of Healthcare Executives.
  • Solid implementation skills. Consistently follows through on commitments.
  • Prior COO or CEO experience at a hospital or health system of similar size or senior executive experience at a larger provider; or equivalent experience in a related service industry.
  • Executive leadership experience in a competitive environment.
  • Possesses strategic leadership and business skills in a matrixed environment.
  • Thorough understanding of regulatory and accreditation standards. Experience in developing effective relationships with all stakeholders including physicians.
  • Experience in developing alignment strategies across a health system.
  • Knowledge of a healthcare system and its major components with emphasis on provider leadership.
