WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
We are actively seeking a senior consulting leader to shape and deliver platform-based solutions across automaton, Salesforce, Pega and the AI ecosystems with a proven ability to translate complex capabilities into scalable, outcome-driven solutions that perform in both market and delivery. This role is ideal for someone who has owned enterprise-grade solutions across multiple platforms, teams, and stakeholder groups, and who brings credibility earned through execution, influence, and accountability for results. The right candidate is comfortable operating across strategy and delivery while helping the firm mature how consulting solutions are defined, sold, and executed at scale.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Reporting to our SVP of Delivery, as a Vice President on our team, you will work onsite 3 days a week from our Main Digital HQ office in Tysons Corner and will play a critical role in winning and delivering our most important work.You will shape how the firm defines, delivers, and evolves its solutions portfolio, driving greater consistency, scalability, and confidence across Sales, Delivery, and individual Practices. Your impact will be measured by deal quality, delivery success, client confidence, and the firm's ability to scale complex work profitably.Success in this role looks like:
  • Successful delivery of solutions into complex customer environments and technology ecosystems
  • Expanded successful solution deployments into broader areas of the client enterprise, resulting in renewals, extensions, and growth opportunities in partnership with Sales and supported by strong client champions.
  • Stronger alignment between sold solutions and delivery outcomes
  • Improved margins and predictability on solution-based work
  • Reduced escalation and faster recovery on at-risk engagements
  • Retention and Growth of Delivery Talent.

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor's Degree is required.
  • U.S. Citizenship is required.
  • 10+ years of experience in consulting, digital delivery, or professional services leadership.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in platform-based solution development or architecture (e.g., Salesforce, Pega, automation, data/AI ecosystems)
  • Proven experience defining, owning, and scaling repeatable consulting solutions or offerings at scale.
  • Demonstrated accountability for delivery outcomes, financial performance, and client success
  • Proven track record shaping and closing complex deals valued at $5MM+Ability to lead through influence across practices, disciplines, and senior stakeholders
  • Strong understanding of modern digital ecosystems (e.g., Salesforce, Pega, automation, data & AI platforms) without being platform-specific
  • Comfort operating across strategy, execution, and enablement

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Define, sell and maintain a portfolio of clearly articulated market-aligned solutions with clear scope, outcomes, delivery models, and success metrics.
  • Ensure solutions are structured to support repeatable delivery, predictable margins, and scalable growth.
  • Own solution-level delivery performance, including quality, consistency, and client outcomes across engagements.
  • Establish solution standards, governance, and success metrics that enable solutions to perform reliably on scale.
  • Align capabilities across practices into cohesive, cross-practice solutions rather than isolated implementations.
  • Serve as a senior escalation point for solution-level delivery challenges, trade-offs, and decisions.
  • Enable Sales through clear solution narratives that are easy to understand, scope, price, and sell.
  • Continuously work to refine solutions using delivery insights, client feedback, market trends, and performance data.
  • Step into key engagements to guide or stabilize delivery.
  • Ensure that solutions are leveraging the latest innovation advances in the ecosystem.
