Job description

Description:

The Regional Vice President of Sales responsibilities includes selling AMPS products/services to employers through Brokers/Consultants in his/her assigned geographic territory, with an objective to meet or exceed the annual sales production target as directed by VP of Sales. This role is also responsible for creating, maintaining, and managing their individual sales plan as directed by the VP of Sales.

•Excellent verbal and written communication skills

•Excellent sales and customer service skills

•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

•Confident decision-making abilities

•Ability to work independently and within a team environment

•Ability to travel on an as-needed basis


Education/Experience:

• Minimum of 5+ years of healthcare sales experience

• Must have experience working with Insurance, brokers, consultants, and cost containment

• Reference-based pricing
