About the Role
SOL Mental Health is seeking a strategic and hands-on VP of Revenue Cycle Management to lead and optimize the full revenue cycle across our growing organization.
This leader will oversee both internal RCM operations and external vendor partnerships, driving performance across billing, denials, credentialing, collections, revenue integrity, and operational scalability.
You'll partner closely with executive leadership to improve cash collections, strengthen workflows, and build scalable infrastructure that supports rapid growth.
