WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Translate company strategy into operational architecture-evolving the systems, processes, and infrastructure that enable our teams to execute reliably as we grow
  • Provide strategic direction for the global supply chain, ensuring resilience and long-term risk management while the team drives day-to-day execution
  • Partner with Product and Engineering on new product launches, product line optimization, and disciplined end-of-life transitions

  • ISO 9001 or similar quality management system experience
  • Familiarity with IT systems, infrastructure, or cybersecurity in an operational setting
  • A collaborative, systems-level thinker who leads through influence and builds trust across functions
  • Bachelor's degree in operations, engineering, supply chain, business, or related field

IDEALLY, YOU ALSO HAVE

  • MBA or advanced degree
  • Experience with new product introductions alongside Product and Engineering
  • APICS/ASCM, Lean, or Six Sigma certifications
