Job description

Our Regional Wealth VPs work to meet the financial objectives of their customers through sound advice and guidance throughout their geographic regions. They also help attract additional advisors throughout their regions. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, partnership centric and had deep wealth and brokerage experience. 

Primary Responsibilities 

  • Provides a broad range of financial solutions and products to help meet customer goals and offer in-depth guidance by leveraging the vast resources of our wealth team and broker dealer partner, LPL financial.
  • Identifies and follow up on all opportunities to establish customer relationships including prospecting, lead utilization, and local market/community involvement
  • Builds and maintains a strong client network and pipeline
  • Provides and demonstrates expert-level portfolio planning skills and comprehensive industry and insurance/investment knowledge
  • Conducts and/or participates in investment performance and relationship reviews
  • Conducts market events and provide education/mentorship to key partners.
  • Adheres to compliance requirements and follow corporate and industry protocols

  • Series 7 & 63
  • Series 65 or 66
  • Insurance License
  • At least two (5) years of Financial Advisory Experience
  • Currently working with clients in wealth industry.

Preferences 

  • Certified Financial Planning, Chartered Financial Consultant and Certified Retirement Specialist
