  • Utilize Trella Health, referral data and market intelligence to identify market share, referral leakage, physician relationships and account-growth opportunities.
  • Develop and execute strategic growth plans for priority hospitals, physicians and service lines.
  • Maintain direct ownership of key opportunities from initial development through implementation and measurable referral growth.
  • Work alongside Regional Operators and Regional Directors of Business Development to align statewide and regional growth priorities.
  • Monitor competitive activity and emerging market needs and communicate actionable opportunities to National leadership.
  • Represent National with senior hospital, physician and healthcare leadership throughout Connecticut.

If you’re passionate about playing a critical role in driving revenue growth, fostering innovations, and advancing our mission of providing high-quality care to residents in need, in an environment where your expertise and dedication are valued and appreciated, we invite you to join our team as a Vice President of Strategic Partnerships & Market Development.

  • Ability to communicate credibly with both executive and clinical healthcare audiences.

  • Experience with Trella Health or similar healthcare market-intelligence platforms strongly preferred.
  • Strong executive presence combined with a highly proactive, hands-on approach to business development.
