Job description

Title: Vice President of Human Resources

Location: Vancouver, WA
Compensation: $120,000–$140,000/year DOE

We are seeking a strategic, hands-on Vice President of Human Resources to support and scale the HR function across a growing multi-location organization. This role is ideal for an experienced HR leader who thrives in fast-moving environments and enjoys building systems, developing teams, and partnering closely with operational leadership.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and support organization-wide HR initiatives across multiple business entities
• Evaluate and improve HR systems, policies, processes, and workflows to support continued growth
• Provide strategic guidance on employee relations, compliance, organizational development, and risk management
• Partner with leadership teams to strengthen manager support, communication, and operational alignment
• Mentor and develop members of the HR team while fostering a collaborative, growth-oriented culture
• Support benefits strategy, vendor relationships, and high-level HR operational initiatives
• Help create scalable HR infrastructure while remaining actively involved in day-to-day operations
• Bring fresh ideas, practical solutions, and proven experience from similarly sized organizations

What We’re Looking For

• Progressive HR leadership experience within a mid-sized, growth-oriented organization
• Strong operational and strategic HR experience across multiple functional areas
• Experience supporting multi-state operations preferred
• Ability to build strong relationships across all levels of an organization
• Hands-on leadership style with strong communication and problem-solving skills
• SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certifications strongly preferred
• Property management industry experience is a plus, but not required
