Senior Vice President, Business Operational Risk Management

New York, Permanent - Full time, Mid-senior, Senior

Join Macquarie Asset Management’s Risk team and play a key role in supporting the Real Assets and Real Estate platform across the Americas. This role offers the opportunity to shape and strengthen risk frameworks while working closely with senior stakeholders on complex transactions and strategic initiatives.

What role will you play?

You will support the implementation and continuous improvement of the risk management framework across Real Assets and Real Estate, partnering closely with investment, asset management and functional teams. The role involves advising on transactions, new products and strategic initiatives to ensure risks are identified, assessed and appropriately managed. You will contribute to risk reporting, incident management and control assessments, including deep‑dose reviews of control effectiveness. You will also support risk governance processes such as risk and control self‑assessments, service provider reviews and regulatory or internal compliance activities. The role is based in‑office with expectations aligned to team and business needs in the Americas region.

Salary range: $194,400 – $260,000 per year. Additional potential for an annual discretionary incentive compensation award.

What you offer
