What You Do

  • Lead the Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning (SIOP) process, aligning demand, supply, inventory, and financial plans across the enterprise.
  • Aggregate and analyze multi-channel demand to drive inventory productivity, working capital efficiency, and replenishment strategies across all selling channels.
  • Partner with Finance to develop and manage supply chain budgets, forecasts, and cost improvement initiatives.
  • Provide enterprise leadership for sourcing, supply planning, and replenishment of finished goods and raw materials across both domestic manufacturing operations and global import programs.
  • Negotiate pricing and manage relationships with offshore partners, overseeing the full import process from production scheduling through delivery to ensure on-time, in-full execution.
  • Develop and execute vendor and factory capacity strategies, communicating rolling 18-month capacity plans to executive leadership and both domestic and offshore production partners.
  • Lead resolution of constrained supply scenarios across domestic and imported product lines to optimize profitable sales while maintaining factory performance.
  • Establish enterprise-wide quality standards and lead continuous improvement initiatives—spanning domestic production facilities and offshore suppliers—to reduce defects and minimize product returns.
  • Manage factory and supplier scorecards and oversee the manufacturer chargeback process, holding both domestic and international partners accountable to performance standards.
  • Champion Voice of the Customer (VoC) data—surveys, RMAs, and product reviews—as a driver of quality improvement and supply chain decision-making.
  • Direct packaging strategies and implement sustainability best practices aligned with Sustainable Furnishings Council principles across materials, packaging, and operations.
  • Lead, develop, and hold accountable onshore and offshore teams—including the Quality and Customer Experience function—building a culture of accountability and developing succession-ready talent.
  • Serve as a credible and collaborative voice for the supply chain organization across functions, leadership levels, domestic operations, and international partners.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related business discipline; MBA preferred.
  • APICS or CSCMP certification highly valued.
  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive supply chain leadership experience, including planning, inventory management, international sourcing, and procurement.
  • Minimum of 8 years of people leadership and team management experience.
  • Experience within a consumer products manufacturing environment, preferably a fast-moving, multi-channel business with global sourcing.
  • Extensive experience with inventory, replenishment, and supply chain planning systems; familiarity with Manugistics, Logility, SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms preferred.
  • Strong working knowledge of inventory management, replenishment, and supply planning best practices.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with the ability to translate complex data into executive-level insights.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills with demonstrated ability to lead and influence across functions, leadership levels, and international partners.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, inspire, and develop high-performing teams with a strong coaching and mentoring orientation.
