The SVP, DCRO plays a critical role in supporting the CRO in the execution of Banc of California's Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) framework, ensuring alignment with the bank's risk appetite, regulatory expectations (including those of the FRB), and strategic objectives. The SVP, DCRO directly manages the Risk Operations function, which includes oversight of enterprise Issues Management, Regulatory Exam Management, New Product Risk Assessments, and Governance DocumentsThe SVP, DCRO collaborates with senior leaders to identify, assess, monitor, and report on risks across the enterprise. This role contributes to the development of risk governance policies, oversees risk reporting to executive management and the Board, and ensures the bank's risk culture is embedded throughout the organization.
