About YES

Youth Eastside Services (YES) is a leading provider of youth behavioral health services in East King County. Through school-based, clinic-based, and community-based programs, we partner with young people, families, schools, and communities to provide mental health counseling, substance use treatment, psychiatric services, prevention education, and family support.

Each year, YES serves more than 4,000 children, youth, and families across the Eastside. Our work is grounded in trauma-informed care, collaboration, equity, and the belief that every young person deserves to feel safe, supported, respected, and connected. Our mission is to help youth reach their full potential, strengthen families, and advocate for a safe, caring, and equitable community through behavioral health support, expert intervention, outreach, and education.

The Opportunity

YES is seeking a Vice President of Finance & Operations to serve as a key member of senior leadership and steward the financial, operational, and people systems that power YES’ mission, as our organization grows. A growing organization, YES seeks a leader who is comfortable in planning, adapting systems, and structuring teams as we position YES to be among the best youth behavioral health providers in the State of Washington, with the deepest possible impact and positive results and outcomes for youth in our community.

We are committed to meeting the unique needs of diverse youth populations while fostering resilience, recovery, and hope.
