Less complexity. More dentistry. More impact.

At Videa, we help dental clinicians deliver better care to millions of patients through AI.

Oral health is health. Dentists are protectors of societal wellness. We build technology that enhances the moment of care, amplifies clinical expertise, and makes proactive oral healthcare the norm.

Thousands of clinicians rely on Videa every day. Your work here will be reflected in real practice, improving real patient outcomes. If you want to build something that matters, keep reading.

The Role

We are hiring a VP Marketing to own and scale a revenue-driven marketing engine that directly impacts Videaโ€™s growth trajectory, enterprise pipeline, and category leadership.

This is a company-defining role, not a traditional marketing leadership position. You will be responsible for building a repeatable, high-performing go-to-market system that drives pipeline, accelerates enterprise deals, and establishes Videa as the leader in AIโ€‘powered dental care.

You will report directly to the CEO and work as a core member of the leadership team, partnering closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to shape how we grow.

Key Responsibilities
Revenue & Pipeline

  • Own marketingโ€‘sourced and influenced pipeline targets, with clear accountability to revenue outcomes

  • Build and scale a predictable demand generation engine across digital, field, partner, and accountโ€‘based channels

  • Improve conversion rates, deal velocity, and win rates in partnership with Sales

Enterprise Goโ€‘toโ€‘Market

  • Support complex, multiโ€‘stakeholder enterprise sales cycles with strong ICP definition, segmentation, and accountโ€‘based strategies

  • Equip Sales with the messaging, content, and proof points needed to win highโ€‘value deals

  • Partner with Sales leadership to align on pipeline strategy, coverage, and execution

Category & Positioning

  • Own and define the category of AIโ€‘powered dental care โ€” shaping how clinicians, DSOs, and insurers understand and adopt AI

  • Develop clear, differentiated positioning that translates complex AI capabilities into compelling business and clinical value

  • Drive thought leadership, PR, and market presence that establishes Videa as the default leader in the space

Product & GTM Strategy

  • Partner with Product and Sales to shape pricing, packaging, and goโ€‘toโ€‘market strategy

  • Bring market insight, customer understanding, and competitive intelligence into product and GTM decisions

  • Ensure tight alignment between product roadmap, messaging, and commercial execution

Team & Systems

  • Build and lead a highโ€‘performing marketing organization across demand generation, product marketing, brand, and marketing operations

  • Establish scalable systems for attribution, performance tracking, and revenue operations

  • Create a culture of accountability, speed, and continuous improvement

What You Bring

  • 10+ years of B2B marketing experience with 5+ years in leadership roles, including experience scaling marketing from early traction to repeatable growth (Series Aโ†’B or Bโ†’C stage)

  • Proven track record of owning and driving enterprise pipeline and revenue outcomes, not just leads

  • Deep experience in enterprise or vertical SaaS environments with complex, multiโ€‘stakeholder sales cycles

  • Strong expertise in product marketing, positioning, and translating technical products into clear value for multiple audiences

  • Experience building and scaling accountโ€‘based marketing and enterprise demand generation programs

  • Strong analytical and operational mindset, with deep understanding of attribution, funnel performance, and revenue metrics

  • Experience aligning marketing, sales, and product into a unified goโ€‘toโ€‘market motion

  • Builder mentality โ€” equally comfortable setting strategy and executing handsโ€‘on

  • Exceptional communication and storytelling skills

  • A passion to utilize your skills to improve the world by positively impacting people's health!

Bonus Points

  • Experience in healthcare, AI, or other regulated industries

  • Experience marketing to clinicians, providers, or healthcare systems

  • Track record of helping define or lead a category in an emerging technology space

Why This Role Matters

  • You will help define a new category at the intersection of AI and healthcare

  • You will work on technology that is already used daily in clinical practice โ€” not theoretical AI

  • You will partner directly with the CEO and leadership team to shape company strategy and growth

  • You will build the marketing foundation for the next stage of scale

What It Is Like to Work Here

We win and lose together as one team. Collaboration is not a buzzword here. We share context early, ask for input, and step in to help when someone is stuck.

We hold a high bar, but we stay grounded. We move fast, learn as we go, and stay focused on what matters most for clinicians and patients.

What We Offer

  • Competitive compensation and meaningful equity

  • Unlimited PTO

  • 100 percent companyโ€‘paid dental and vision coverage

  • Generous medical contributions

  • The opportunity to work on AI that is actually used every day

  • A team of thoughtful, driven people who genuinely care

The base salary range for this role is $230,000โ€“$270,000.

Actual compensation may vary depending on factors such as experience, skills, qualifications, and location. In addition to base salary, total compensation may include bonus opportunities, equity, and a comprehensive benefits package where applicable.

Equal Opportunity

Videa is committed to building an equitable, inclusive, and supportive workplace. Diverse teams build better products and better healthcare. All qualified applicants will receive consideration without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or veteran status.
