We're seeking a strategic and growth-oriented Vice President of Marketing and Product Strategy to lead marketing strategy, execution, and team development across the organization. This leader will play a key role in driving business growth by aligning customer insights, product strategy, brand positioning, and marketing investments to measurable business outcomes.

The ideal candidate brings a balance of strategic thinking and operational leadership, with the ability to influence across the enterprise, translate complex business objectives into actionable marketing strategies, and build high-performing teams.

Reporting to senior leadership, the VP of Marketing and Product Strategy will serve as a trusted business partner to leaders across the Credit Union while championing an exceptional member experience.

Your Impact
  • Lead the strategic direction and execution of the Credit Union's marketing, brand, public relations, communications, and customer experience functions to support enterprise growth objectives.
  • Own the Credit Union's marketing, branding, and customer experience strategies, ensuring consistent positioning, messaging, and experience delivery across all customer segments, business lines, channels, and partner relationships.
  • Translate business strategies into comprehensive marketing and growth plans that drive customer acquisition, engagement, retention, advocacy, and product adoption across consumer, business, lending, and partner-driven channels.
  • Provide strategic marketing leadership across all lines of business, including Retail Banking, Home Lending, Dealer Direct, Business Services, and other customer-facing offerings.
  • Develop and execute Retail deposit product strategies, including pricing, positioning, lifecycle management, and growth initiatives, to drive acquisition, engagement, retention, and portfolio growth.
  • Partner with business line, operational, and channel leaders to align marketing, product strategy, and customer experience initiatives while ensuring effective execution across frontline delivery and customer touchpoints.
  • Leverage voice-of-customer insights, analytics, market research, and behavioral data to inform marketing strategies, product decisions, customer experience improvements, and enterprise growth initiatives.
  • Establish performance metrics and reporting frameworks to evaluate marketing effectiveness, product performance, customer engagement, and return on investment, providing actionable insights to executive leadership.
  • Lead and develop the Marketing and Product Strategy team, including talent development, performance management, departmental planning, budgeting, resource allocation, and alignment with enterprise priorities.
Your Qualifications
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in marketing, product strategy, or related functions, including responsibility for enterprise marketing strategy, brand, and growth initiatives.
  • Experience developing and executing product strategies, including pricing, positioning, and performance management.
  • Strong understanding of deposit or consumer banking products preferred.
  • 5+ years of leadership experience managing and developing teams.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, Communications, or a related field. Equivalent combination of education and professional experience may be considered.
Your Work Setting
