If you enjoy building programs, driving results, collaborating with talented bankers, and helping businesses succeed, we invite you to explore this exciting opportunity.

Why Join ANC?

At ANC, we believe community banking is about more than transactions—it's about relationships, trust, and helping our communities thrive. As a leader in this role, you'll have the opportunity to:

  • Shape and grow treasury management services across multiple community banks.
  • Collaborate directly with senior leaders and commercial banking teams.
  • Influence product strategy, sales growth, and customer experience.
  • Build a treasury management team and platform for future success.
  • Make a measurable impact on deposits, revenue, and customer relationships.
  • Work for an organization guided by the values of Excellence, Integrity, Leadership, Stability, Trust, and Community.

What You’ll Do

As the VP Treasury Management Sales & Product Manager, you will serve as both a strategic leader and a hands-on sales partner. Key Responsibilities include, but aren’t limited to:

  • Drive treasury management deposit growth and fee income across ANC affiliate banks.
  • Partner with bankers to develop and execute market-specific business development strategies.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor during customer and prospect calls, helping businesses identify treasury management solutions that meet their needs.
  • Lead treasury management sales initiatives and support relationship-building efforts with customers, prospects, and referral sources.
  • Research, evaluate, and expand treasury management products and services to ensure a competitive and comprehensive offering.
  • Continuously assess and enhance the treasury management program to align with customer needs and industry trends.
  • Develop plans to build and expand the treasury management team as the program grows.
  • Work with leadership to establish and maintain appropriate risk management and approval processes.
  • Lead the development of customer proposals, treasury analyses, and RFP responses.
  • Coordinate customer onboarding, training, and product demonstrations.
  • Prepare performance reporting related to treasury management sales, profitability, and program growth.
  • Represent ANC within local communities and professional organizations.

Qualifications

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of treasury management experience within a community banking environment.
  • Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) designation (preferred).

What We Offer

  • Full salary and benefits package, including insurance, paid time off and generous 401k employer match.
  • Opportunities for professional development and supportive team.
  • Flexibility and work/life balanced culture.
