Vice President, Sales

Miami, FL | Full-Time | Hybrid | Bilingual (English/Spanish Required)

Build Your Career While We Build the Future

About Us

At Milrose Consultants, LLC, we build more than buildings—we build trust, expertise, and lasting partnerships. As leaders in building code consulting, permitting, regulatory compliance, architecture and engineering (A&E) services, and private provider inspections through ARC, we help shape the built environment across South Florida and beyond. We guide developers, owners, and contractors through complex approval processes spanning commercial real estate, multifamily, hospitality, and mixed-use development.

Position Overview

VP Sales, Southeast Florida, is a quota-carrying role responsible for driving significant revenue growth across the South Florida market. This role spans our full-service portfolio—permitting, building code consulting, A&E services, and ARC private provider inspections—through a combination of strategic account expansion and aggressive new logo acquisition. The ideal candidate is fluent in English and Spanish, deeply embedded in the South Florida development community, and actively engaged in the Latin Builders Association and other key regional trade organizations.

You will own a portfolio of complex, high-value client relationships and serve as a trusted advisor to developers, general contractors, architects, and ownership groups across the Southeast Florida market. In addition, you will be responsible for generating $5M-$8M in annual revenue through a combination of strategic account expansion, cross-selling, and new business development.

This role is designed for a bilingual, market-connected sales executive with proven experience in the South Florida construction and development ecosystem and the credibility to represent Milrose at the highest levels of the regional business community.

What You’ll Do
  • Own and achieve an annual revenue target of $5M–$8M through a combination of strategic account growth, cross-selling, and new business development.
  • Manage and expand a portfolio of high-value strategic accounts, building trusted relationships with executives, ownership, and C-suite stakeholders.
  • Develop and execute account strategies that drive client retention, revenue growth, increased market share, and deeper penetration across the full-service portfolio.
  • Identify, pursue, and secure 6–8 new strategic client relationships annually, leading complex sales pursuits from opportunity identification through negotiation and close.
  • Develop compelling business cases and solution strategies aligned with client objectives, partnering with subject matter experts and operational teams to deliver exceptional outcomes.
  • Maintain a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities and provide accurate forecasting, opportunity management, and revenue projections.
  • Serve as a visible market leader and brand ambassador throughout Southeast Florida, representing Milrose and its affiliated companies at industry events, networking organizations, and client meetings.
  • Build and maintain relationships with developers, owners, contractors, industry associations, municipal stakeholders, and the South Florida development and construction community, including the Latin American investor and developer market.
  • Promote permitting, code consulting, private provider inspection, and architecture and engineering services to drive regional growth and expand market presence.
  • Provide market intelligence and strategic insights to support business development, competitive positioning, and long‑term regional expansion initiatives.
What You’ll Bring Required:
  • Bachelor’s degree required, STEM or business discipline preferred.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish required; professional fluency in both languages across verbal and written communication.
  • 7+ years of successful B2B consultative sales experience with a consistent record of achieving or exceeding quota.
  • Experience managing strategic accounts and developing executive-level relationships and navigating complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience utilizing Salesforce or a comparable CRM platform.
  • Active membership and/or established relationships within the Latin Builders Association (LBA) or demonstrated ability to immediately engage with LBA leadership and membership.
Preferred:
  • Experience within professional services, commercial real estate, architecture, engineering, construction, or related industries, ideally in the South Florida market.
  • Knowledge of Florida permitting, code compliance, private provider inspections, and related regulatory processes.
  • Experience selling or supporting technical professional services for developers, owners, contractors, or design and construction teams.
  • Advanced degree, industry certifications, or familiarity with consultative sales methodologies such as Miller Heiman, MEDDICC, Challenger, or similar frameworks.
Work Environment & Schedule
  • This position is based in Miami, FL, with a hybrid schedule
  • Standard working hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm
  • Travel required (approximately 30–50%) for client meetings, account visits, and industry events
Compensation & Benefits
  • Salary range: $110K - $125K, plus uncapped commission based on knowledge, skills, and experience
  • On-target earnings aligned to a $5M to $8M annual quota
  • Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and 401K plan with a match
  • Paid time off and company holidays
  • Ongoing professional development and sales training
