Job description

MyOutDesk is seeking a strategic, data-driven Vice President of Marketing to accelerate brand growth and scale our demand generation engine. This executive leader will translate strategy into measurable action - driving qualified pipeline, increasing revenue, and strengthening our position in the BPO and virtual staffing industry.
We are seeking a Vice President of Marketing who brings deep expertise across Paid Media, SEO, AEO, analytics, revenue attribution, and creative and content strategy as core growth drivers. This leader will own the full marketing engine-from brand and storytelling through demand generation and revenue impact.
You will define the company's go-to-market narrative, build a scalable content and creative ecosystem, and ensure all marketing efforts are directly tied to pipeline and revenue. As a key member of the leadership team, you will operate at both the strategic and operational levels-serving as a true player-coach who can set vision and roll up your sleeves to execute when it matters most.
What You Will Do
Revenue & Growth Strategy
  • Own the end-to-end marketing strategy, accountable for pipeline generation and revenue contribution
  • Architect a multi-channel growth engine integrating paid, organic, and content-led acquisition
  • Partner with executive leadership and Sales to align marketing strategy with revenue goals
  • Translate brand, content, and campaign investments into measurable business outcomes
Creative & Content as a Growth Engine
  • Define and lead the company's content, creative, and storytelling strategy as a central driver of demand and differentiation
  • Build a scalable, high-performing content organization across editorial, video, and design
  • Establish a clear and compelling brand voice and narrative across all touchpoints
  • Ensure creative output is both emotionally resonant and performance-driven
  • Act as a hands-on creative leader when needed-reviewing messaging, shaping campaigns, and guiding high-impact content execution
Demand Generation & Performance Marketing
  • Oversee global demand generation across paid media, SEO, AEO, and lifecycle marketing
  • Ensure tight alignment between creative strategy and performance outcomes
  • Establish KPIs such as CAC, LTV, ROAS, and pipeline contribution
  • Step in as a doer when needed-diving into campaigns, testing messaging, and accelerating execution in critical moments
  • Continuously optimize channel mix and budget allocation
SEO, Content & AEO Leadership
  • Own enterprise SEO and AEO strategies, integrated with content and brand
  • Build search-first content systems that capture and convert demand
  • Oversee editorial strategy and content production aligned to business goals
  • Tie organic and content investments directly to pipeline and revenue
Analytics, Attribution & Growth Insights
  • Own the marketing data ecosystem and attribution models
  • Use analytics to inform both strategic decisions and tactical optimizations
  • Drive a culture of experimentation across creative and performance channels
  • Provide executive-level visibility into marketing's revenue impact
Leadership, Brand & Organizational Scale
  • Build and scale a world-class marketing team across demand gen, content, creative, analytics
  • Elevate brand authority through thought leadership and PR
  • Define team structure, workflows, and processes to support growth
  • Champion AI and automation to scale output and efficiency
  • Act as a strategic partner to the CEO and executive team

Who You Are
  • 10+ years of marketing leadership experience, including executive-level roles
  • Proven track record of owning and delivering pipeline and revenue growth
  • Deep expertise across Paid, SEO, and content-led growth
  • Strong experience building and leading creative and content teams
  • A builder and operator-equally comfortable setting strategy and executing as a hands-on doer Strong executive presence and cross-functional leadership skills
  • Highly analytical with deep understanding of attribution and performance metrics
  • B2B experience preferred, especially in services or solution-selling environments
  • Ability to balance long-term brand building with short-term revenue impact
