Regional Vice President (RVP)
The Regional Vice President (RVP) assists and leads specific operational and commercial initiatives to accelerate progress against business development, profit improvement, and growth strategies. This role oversees an assigned region and is accountable for achieving financial and operational goals, including volume growth, expense management, and P&L performance, while driving operations, sales, and people leadership.
A key component of this position is the ability to build, develop, and lead an effective leadership team responsible for selling and executing the company's services.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic & Business Leadership
  • Serve as a trusted thought partner to the Regional President, providing input and direction on key strategic decisions.
  • Collaborate with Regional Presidents to establish short- and long-term goals, strategies, plans, and policies.
  • Create organizational alignment that supports both regional and national business objectives.
  • Develop and lead operational and commercial initiatives that drive long-term growth and profitability.
  • Spearhead the implementation of new growth initiatives and business processes.
  • Partner with Growth Partners to accelerate progress on operational and commercial priorities.

Financial Leadership
  • Own and manage a multi-million-dollar P&L.
  • Drive volume growth while effectively managing expenses and profitability.
  • Analyze financial performance, identify key drivers, and develop action plans to improve results.
  • Utilize metrics such as revenue, SG&A, EBITDA, and operational KPIs to guide decision-making.
  • Evaluate strategic opportunities including:
    • Acquisitions of competitors and customers
    • Strategic partnerships
    • Capital investments with high ROI potential

Operations & Sales Leadership
  • Lead regional sales and operational execution to achieve business objectives.
  • Remove barriers and drive cross-functional collaboration to support growth initiatives.
  • Develop strong partnerships with corporate and support teams to advance regional priorities.
  • Ensure operational excellence while maintaining a customer-centric approach.

People Leadership
  • Lead, motivate, coach, and develop diverse teams.
  • Foster a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Drive talent management initiatives including:
    • Goal setting
    • Performance management
    • Succession planning
    • Leadership development
    • Recruitment of key talent
  • Effectively mentor and direct a high-performing leadership team.

Preferred Education & Experience
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 7+ years of leadership experience implementing business strategies within a customer service-oriented organization.
  • Demonstrated experience leading regional, divisional, or multi-site operations.

  • Ability to establish strategic relationships with key decision-makers internally and externally.
  • Proven ability to collaborate across multiple functions and levels of the organization.

  • Experience leveraging technology platforms and business intelligence tools to support decision-making and performance management.
