Overview

We are seeking a visionary and execution-driven Vice President of Product Strategy & Execution, AI Health Cloud to lead the strategic direction and delivery of both platform capabilities and AI-powered healthcare solutions within our next-generation AI-enabled Health Cloud Platform.

This role is ideal for a product leader who thrives at the intersection of AI innovation, platform thinking, and solution delivery, with a strong background in clinical and pharmacy domains. You will be responsible for defining product strategy, gathering and refining requirements, re-engineering processes, prioritizing initiatives, and driving execution against a published roadmap to deliver measurable outcomes.


Responsibilities

  • Build and lead a high-performing team of Global Process / Product Owners and Technical Program Managers, fostering a culture of ownership, agility, and accountability.
  • Define and own the AI/ML product strategy and roadmap across platform and solution domains, ensuring alignment with business goals and clinical needs.
  • Lead requirements gathering from internal stakeholders, end users, and external partners to inform product direction.
  • Drive global process re-engineering to streamline workflows and optimize delivery of AI-powered healthcare solutions.
  • Prioritize product initiatives based on impact, feasibility, and strategic alignment, balancing short-term wins with long-term platform evolution.
  • Oversee execution of the product roadmap, ensuring delivery to published milestones with high quality and stakeholder alignment.
  • Collaborate with engineering, architecture, and data science teams to ensure platform capabilities support solution needs and scale effectively.
  • Guide the integration of Generative AI, Agentic AI, RPA, and RAG-based systems into real-world healthcare workflows.
  • Establish and manage KPIs, OKRs, and product performance metrics to track progress and drive continuous improvement.
  • Stay ahead of emerging AI trends and assess their applicability to healthcare innovation.

Qualifications

  • 15+ years of experience in program management, process innovation and product leadership including developing product operating model.
  • MBA, MS, or PhD in a relevant field (e.g., Product Management, Computer Science, AI/ML, Health Informatics) preferred.
  • Proven success delivering healthcare or pharmacy products in a regulated environment.
  • Experience managing platform product build (e.g., APIs, services, developer tools) and solution delivery (e.g., clinical workflows, pharmacy automation).
  • Experience working with cloud-native platforms, DevOps pipelines, and cross functional agile teams.
  • Experience with multi-agent systems, RPA tools, and intelligent automation in healthcare.
  • Exceptional skills in stakeholder engagement, strategic planning, and cross functional leadership.
  • Strong grasp of healthcare data standards (FHIR, HL7, RxNorm, SNOMED CT) and compliance frameworks (HIPAA, HITRUST).
  • Deep understanding of LLMs, RAG architectures, vector databases, and agentic AI frameworks (e.g., LangChain, AutoGen).
  • Familiarity with responsible AI practices, model explainability, and human centered product development.
  • Travel up to 25%
