Candidates should hold a four-year degree in business administration or a related field and bring the strategic, analytical, communication, and leadership skills needed to help Kinetic continue delivering exceptional value to its members and communities.

Responsibilities:

The role will identify opportunities to strengthen products, services, and member experience through market research, strategic insight, and innovation, while collaborating closely with senior leaders to support efficient, coordinated credit union operations. The Vice President/Chief Strategy and Marketing Officer will also provide leadership in departmental talent management, including recommendations related to hiring, performance development, training, promotions, and policy interpretation.

Kinetic Credit Union seeks a Vice President/Chief Strategy and Marketing Officer to serve as a key strategic partner to the President/CEO and Executive Vice President in shaping and advancing the credit union’s vision, growth priorities, and strategic direction.
