OVERVIEW Endicott College is seeking an Assistant Vice President, Graduate Enrollment to provide strategic leadership for graduate admission and support the college's long-term enrollment goals. This leadership role is part of the Division of Enrollment Management leadership team and the President’s Council. The position focuses on developing a comprehensive graduate enrollment model, advancing institutional growth, and strengthening recruitment and admission efforts for graduate and adult programs. The role requires collaboration with campus colleagues to implement cross-functional enrollment strategies aligned with institutional priorities. The Assistant Vice President will oversee graduate admission operations while contributing to organizational development and leadership across the institution.

Key responsibilities
  • Provide strategic leadership for graduate admission initiatives
  • Partner with campus colleagues to advance a comprehensive Graduate Enrollment model
  • Support the college's long-term enrollment goals
  • Serve as a key member of the Division of Enrollment Management leadership team
  • Participate as a member of the President’s Council
  • Develop and implement comprehensive and cross-functional enrollment strategies
  • Support institutional growth and strategic priorities
  • Lead graduate enrollment growth and student recruitment efforts
  • Oversee strategic enrollment planning and organizational development
  • Provide collaborative leadership across the institution

Requirements
  • Experience providing leadership in graduate enrollment and admission
  • Ability to develop strategic and cross-functional enrollment strategies
  • Experience supporting recruitment and student enrollment initiatives
  • Ability to collaborate with colleagues across the institution
  • Leadership experience within enrollment management environments
