Job description

ATS Welding is rapidly expanding into a full-service industrial construction and welding company with a commitment to safety and quality. We specialize in delivering high-quality projects across the industrial and energy sectors.

We are currently seeking skilled employees to support our crews in coordinating our fleet and equipment needs in the field and from the office. If you’re hardworking, safety-conscious, and ready to play a key role in our growth, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with monitoring fleet tracking systems for your area
  • Assist with the distribution and use of fuel cards and maintain records of all fleet expenses
  • Assist with coordinating the vehicle and equipment needs among crews across a large area.
  • Help schedule regular maintenance, process work orders for repairs, and keep detailed records of all maintenance activities.
  • Assist with managing yard and shop inventories and coordinating between office and field personnel.
  • Assist the Director of Operations and other leadership in daytoday operations, attend fleet meetings, and help coordinate followup actions.
  • Assist in documenting and reporting vehicle accidents and help ensure that fleet vehicles and equipment comply with safety standards
  • What We Look For
  • Relevant experience in managing a large fleet of trucks and equipment
  • Experience with licensing, DOT, and state permitting requirements preferred
  • Prior experience with Azuga or other telemetric GPS fleet tracking systems
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Problemsolving skills and adaptability
  • Follow safety guidelines and ensure a clean, organized work environment
  • Must pass a preemployment drug test.
