Compensation: $152,565.75/year to $190,707.19/year. Actual compensation will depend on experience.

This leadership role drives the organization’s technology strategy, modernizes business processes, and oversees daily IT operations. You will lead a talented IT team to deliver secure, efficient, and innovative financial technology solutions that support our mission and growth.

What You'll Do: Vice President, Technology Services
Strategic IT Leadership amp; Execution
  • Strategic Alignment: Partner closely with the Senior and Chief Leadership Teams to design and execute short- and long-term technology strategies that support the credit union’s mission.
  • Annual Planning: Formulate and deploy an annual IT roadmap aligned with evolving business goals, industry benchmarks, and technical best practices.
  • Business Integration: Coordinate directly with diverse business units to identify operational bottlenecks and deploy effective IT solutions that streamline workflows.
