  • Establish scalable operational processes that support continued company growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, owners, and strategic clients.
  • Drive operational excellence through consistent project execution, safety, quality, and financial performance.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership on business planning, market expansion, and long-term growth initiatives.
  • Ensure successful delivery of ground-up multifamily and mixed-use developments from preconstruction through closeout.

Requirements

  • Experience managing multiple offices, business units, or geographic regions.
  • Strong ability to recruit, develop, and retain high-performing operational leadership teams.

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related discipline is preferred but not required.
  • Must currently reside in or be willing to relocate to the Tampa, Florida area. Candidates throughout Florida, Alabama, and Georgia are encouraged to apply.

Benefits

  • Base salary $275,000-$300,000
  • Performance-based annual bonus
  • Equity opportunity
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance
  • Retirement savings plan
  • Paid vacation and holidays
