Job Title: Senior Director, Demand Generation Location-Type: Hybrid Onsite in Atlanta Metro Area, GA Start Date Is: ASAP Duration: Permanent Compensation Range: $175,000 – $200,000 base bonus equity eligible

Job Description: The client is seeking a results-driven Senior Director of Demand Generation to lead and scale a full-funnel B2B SaaS demand generation engine focused on pipeline growth, customer expansion, and revenue impact across multiple products and channels.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  • Own and scale the full-funnel demand generation strategy across inbound, outbound, digital, events, webinars, and channel marketing
  • Drive measurable pipeline growth and revenue contribution targets
  • Partner closely with Sales and executive leadership on funnel metrics, attribution, forecasting, and GTM alignment
  • Lead customer marketing and cross-sell initiatives to increase retention and expansion revenue
  • Support new product launches and multi-product GTM initiatives
  • Evaluate and optimize CAC, ROI, and channel performance across campaigns
  • Manage and mentor a growing team of 4–5 marketing professionals
  • Oversee digital marketing efforts including SEO, SEM, GEO, webinars, and paid campaigns
  • Build scalable processes and reporting frameworks leveraging marketing automation and CRM platforms
  • Present performance insights and recommendations to executive stakeholders

Minimum Requirements:

  • 10-15 years of professional experience in a B2B SaaS demand generation role (primary focus and titles must be demand generation)
  • 3–5 years owning pipeline and revenue generation metrics
  • 2–3 years of recent people management experience
  • Proven success driving pipeline growth in high-growth or PE-backed environments
  • Strong understanding of MQL, SAL, SQL, CAC, attribution, and revenue funnel optimization
  • Experience managing digital channels including SEO, SEM, paid advertising, webinars, and channel marketing
  • Expertise with marketing automation and CRM tools such as HubSpot and Salesforce
  • Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience building and developing high-performing teams
  • Data-driven mindset with strong focus on ROI and measurable business impact
