Senior Vice President of Marketing

Location: Baltimore, MD

Reporting to: Chief Growth Officer

Compensation: $200,000 annually + up to 30% performance bonus; equity grants as determined by the President & CEO.

Job Overview

The Senior Vice President of Marketing is a key executive leader responsible for defining and driving InVita’s global marketing strategy, brand transformation, and full‑funnel demand‑generation engine. This role owns the end‑to‑end marketing function—brand, product marketing alignment, communications, events, digital marketing, and marketing operations—with a primary focus on scalable revenue generation and enterprise‑wide brand elevation.

Responsibilities
  • Own and define the global marketing strategy, including enterprise brand positioning, with a focus on brand transformation and re‑branding initiatives across markets.
  • Lead, scale, and develop a high‑performing marketing organization across demand generation, brand, communications, events, and marketing operations.
  • Drive full‑funnel demand generation strategy with accountability for pipeline creation, velocity, and conversion performance.
  • Partner closely with Sales leadership to optimize go‑to‑market execution, pipeline health, and revenue attainment.
  • Oversee corporate narrative development and thought leadership platforms to support global market leadership and brand authority.
  • Serve as a key executive voice in shaping enterprise strategy, including international expansion and brand evolution initiatives.
  • Build and present Monthly Operating Reports and marketing performance insights to executive leadership and private equity stakeholders.
  • Lead annual marketing planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes aligned with enterprise growth objectives.
  • Design scalable systems, processes, and analytics infrastructure to support global marketing execution and brand consistency.
  • Establish a portfolio approach to campaigns and content that supports unified brand storytelling across regions and channels.
  • Continuously evolve marketing technology and automation systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to support global scalability.
  • Represent the company in executive forums, industry events, and strategic partnerships, reinforcing the brand at the enterprise level.
  • Perform other related executive‑level duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • 12–15+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience, including senior executive‑level responsibility in B2B SaaS environments.
  • Demonstrated track record of leading successful re‑branding or brand transformation initiatives at an international level.
  • Proven success leading and scaling marketing organizations with measurable impact on pipeline and revenue performance.
  • Deep expertise in demand generation, digital marketing, and full‑funnel marketing strategy.
  • Strong executive presence with experience presenting to C‑level stakeholders, boards, and private equity partners.
  • Experience leading cross‑functional and cross‑regional go‑to‑market alignment.
  • Strong analytical and financial acumen, with fluency in marketing performance and attribution metrics.
  • Proven ability to build and scale high‑performing teams and global marketing systems.
  • Proven ability to lead, mentor, inspire, and grow a small team of marketers responsible for demand/growth, events, reporting, and measurements, corporate marketing.
  • Proven track record driving demand generation strategies that build lead funnel and convert to closed‑won deals, applying customer and data insights to continuously improve conversion.
  • Build relationships with InVita Sales team to help further demand generation and enablement activities in the field.
  • Expertise with HubSpot, WordPress, Elementor, Smartsheet, Salesforce, and modern marketing automation and analytics platforms.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
  • Experience in enterprise B2B SaaS required.
  • Healthcare technology experience within InVita’s targeted markets strongly preferred.
Physical Demands and Work Environment
  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer may be required.

  • Employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; sit; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
  • Employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 15 pounds.
  • Specific vision abilities required: close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, and ability to adjust focus.
  • Noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
  • Ability to attend and preside over trade shows and conferences.
  • Ability to travel on a flexible schedule. Airplane travel is necessary.
