Duties & Responsibilities

  • Prepare ingredients by washing, cutting, measuring, and portioning according to recipes and prep lists.

When assigned a BOH shift, team members may be designated to the culinary station as a shift-level assignment. This station is responsible for guiding BOH flow, directing prep priorities, and serving as the BOH point of contact for shift leadership.
  • Support station flow by assisting other areas (FOH, BOH, or Expo) during peak times or as directed, ensuring efficient service and minimizing delays.
  • Learn and communicate the ingredients and benefits of vegan and wellness-focused menu items.
  • Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health standards, including temperature logs and personal hygiene requirements.
  • Assist with opening, closing, and side work responsibilities as assigned.
  • Operate kitchen and barista equipment safely and accurately.
  • Report low stock levels, maintenance needs, or equipment issues promptly to supervisors.
  • Follow direction from shift leadership, to prioritize tasks, restock stations, and maintain workflow efficiency across all areas.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to meet daily production and service goals.
  • Provide warm, positive, and professional interactions that enhance the guest experience.
  • Uphold company policies, procedures, and dress code at all times.
  • Successfully complete training across all stations (FOH, BOH, and support roles) and demonstrate the ability to perform each as needed.
  • Perform all other duties as assigned.
