The ideal candidate will define best practices for leveraging AI tools in software engineering, ensuring the delivery of scalable, secure, and high-quality systems while mentoring teams and influencing product direction.
Key Responsibilities
Technical Leadership & Ownership
  • Serve as the technical lead for major features, platforms, or enterprise programs
  • Own end-to-end solution architecture and technical decision-making
  • Balance speed, quality, scalability, and security in AI-assisted delivery
  • Act as a trusted advisor to product, design, and leadership teams
AI-Assisted & Prompt-Driven Engineering
  • Define and implement best practices for AI-augmented development (Vibe Coding)
  • Design and refine advanced prompts for:
    • Generating production-ready code
    • Refactoring legacy systems
    • Creating test cases, documentation, and design artifacts
