What is a VFX IT manager?

VFX IT Managers are professionals responsible for overseeing the information technology infrastructure within visual effects (VFX) studios or departments. They ensure that artists and technical staff have access to high-performance computing resources, secure data storage, and reliable networks essential for VFX production.
