Job description

Veterinary Technician / Veterinary Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Veterinary Technician / Veterinary Assistant to join our team in Schaumburg, IL. The ideal candidate will have experience in providing high-quality care to animals and supporting veterinarians in clinical and surgical procedures. This role requires strong technical skills, excellent communication, and a passion for animal welfare.

Responsibilities
  • Assist veterinarians during examinations, treatments, and surgeries.
  • Perform routine laboratory tests and diagnostic procedures.
  • Administer medications, vaccines, and treatments as directed.
  • Monitor and record patient vital signs and behavior.
  • Prepare and maintain surgical and examination areas.
