Veterinary Technician
SAHO Animal Hospital is a 24/7 Emergency and General Practice hospital seeking experienced Veterinary Technicians to support our expanding ICU, ER, and GP services. With a team of 14 veterinarians and 30+ technicians and assistants, this is a unique opportunity to grow your career in a high-volume, hands-on environment.

About SAHO Animal Hospital
  • Established hospital serving the community since 1998
  • Transitioned to a 24/7 emergency veterinary hospital model in June 2025
  • Large, collaborative team with many long-tenured employees (5-14+ years)
  • Currently growing through a major transition, including plans for a dedicated ICU wing
  • Focused on developing team members and elevating skillsets across ER, ICU, and GP

What You'll Do
ICU / ER Focus (Primary Need)
  • Provide care for hospitalized and critical patients in a 24/7 veterinary hospital setting
  • Assist with triage and intake of high-acuity emergency cases
  • Monitor anesthesia and support emergency and surgical procedures
  • Participate in daily rounds and ongoing ICU patient care
  • Manage a wide range of cases, from moderate to critical

General Practice Support (as needed)
  • Assist in exam rooms, urgent care appointments, and treatment areas
  • Perform diagnostics, patient care, and client communication
  • Support surgery and dental procedures outside of the ICU
