Job description

Privately owned small animal Veterinary Practice in NE Portland seeks animal loving individual! We are looking for a Tech Assistant that is kind, reliable, enjoys life and has a positive attitude to join our team! Our crew consists of: 1 Doctor, 1 Practice Manager, 2 CSR's, 5 Vet Assistants, and 1 Hospital Assistant. We are a general practice that provides: wellness exams, vaccinations, sick pet exams, tech appointments and routine surgeries like spay & neuter, dental cleanings and mass removals. We also see exotics from time to time! Position starts off PT and leads to FT after 60 days if interested! ( Part-Time is also an option ).

Team work is an essential trade as to how we operate. Looking to grow? We love helping our staff grow. We provide some great benefits like gold standard Medical & Dental, uniform allowance once a year, production bonuses to the team as a whole, and provide on going CE opportunities. Minimum of 1yr in clinic experience required. Hourly wage depends on experience. Review after 30 days, 90 days; then yearly.
