Introduction
Our client is a hospital providing care for small animal patients and is seeking a full-time Associate Veterinarian to join their team in Villa Rica, Georgia. This well-established practice serves Villa Rica and the surrounding West Georgia communities, delivering high-quality veterinary medicine within a collaborative and family-oriented environment. The hospital is known for its strong community presence, loyal client base, and supportive culture, making it an excellent opportunity for an experienced veterinarian seeking both professional growth and a positive workplace atmosphere.

Role Description and Responsibilities
The Associate Veterinarian will provide comprehensive medical care while building lasting relationships with clients and their pets. Responsibilities include diagnosing and treating medical conditions, developing treatment plans, performing preventative and wellness care, educating clients, and collaborating closely with fellow veterinarians, technicians, and support staff. Clinical exposure includes internal medicine, dentistry, urgent and emergency care, geriatric medicine, allergy management, cold laser therapy, and preventative care for puppies and kittens. The successful candidate will work alongside the Hospital Manager and Regional Director while contributing to the continued growth and success of the hospital. This position is intended for experienced veterinarians.

Practice Details
The hospital is a well-established small animal practice equipped with modern technology to support high-quality patient care. Equipment includes digital radiology, dental radiology, therapeutic laser technology, EZ Vet practice management software, Vet Radar, and Covetrus AI Scribe. Services offered include internal medicine, dental care, emergency and urgent care, geriatric medicine, puppy and kitten care, cold laser therapy, boarding, and allergy diagnosis and treatment. The practice is committed to providing comprehensive veterinary care ranging from preventative medicine to advanced diagnostics and treatment. Additional practice strengths include strong technician support, a loyal client base, regular team-building activities, community involvement, and openness to expanding services for veterinarians with additional interests. Hospital hours are Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM to 6:00 PM, Saturday from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM, and closed on Sundays.

  • Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA)
  • Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in
  • Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so
