Veterinary Radiologist (ACVR) | Specialty & Emergency Veterinary Hospital

 

An exceptional opportunity is available for a Veterinary Radiologist to join a highly respected specialty and emergency veterinary organization in the Austin metropolitan area. This organization is recognized for advanced diagnostics, collaborative medicine, and a multidisciplinary approach to complex cases. The ideal candidate is a board-certified or residency-trained Veterinary Radiologist specializing in small animal diagnostic imaging.

The hospital provides advanced imaging services in collaboration with specialty clinicians across areas including including surgery, oncology, neurology, and critical care. The Veterinary Radiologist will work alongside experienced specialists and emergency clinicians in a collaborative, high-volume referral environment.

This position offers an exceptional compensation package, including a base salary range of $258,000-$305,000 annually plus production incentives, along with sign-on and relocation assistance. The comprehensive benefits package includes medical coverage, 401(k) with company matching, short- and long-term disability, life insurance, paid time off, continuing education support, and additional employee perks.

All candidates MUST have the following experiences to qualify for consideration

  • Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) degree required
  • Board-certified or residency-trained in Veterinary Radiology
  • ACVR Diplomate status preferred; candidates completing residency and eligible for ACVR certification will also be considered
  • Completion of a small animal internship and radiology residency required
