Vetcor is excited to welcome a Veterinary Regional Manager to support our network of veterinary hospitals across Dallas-Fort Worth. You'll help build strong hospital partnerships across the region while fostering engaged, high-performing teams and advancing exceptional veterinary care in a fast-moving, sunshine-filled market where no two days look the same.
We are seeking a self-motivated, highly organized, and compassionate leader to support approximately 20 veterinary practices, primarily located in the McKinney, Frisco, and Plano areas. To best support our hospitals and teams, we strongly prefer candidates who reside within this region.
About the Role
As a Regional Manager, you will partner with hospital leaders to guide day-to-day operations and support both short- and long-term goals. Our passionate, energetic teams are looking forward to welcoming someone equally dedicated to animal health, client service, and team success.
You will be responsible for:
  • Operational Excellence - Supporting local leaders in daily operations, leadership, and administrative duties
  • Team Development - Overseeing recruitment, training, and retention of veterinarians, support staff, and hospital managers
  • Client Satisfaction - Enhancing client service, loyalty, and satisfaction across practices
  • Practice Growth - Supporting financial stability and growth for each hospital
  • Community Engagement - Promoting local marketing efforts and online reputation management
  • Employee Engagement - Building positive work environments that support morale and engagement
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration - Partnering with HR, legal, finance, acquisitions, payroll, recruiting, and other support teams
  • Project Leadership - Leading monthly, quarterly, and annual initiatives

  • Multi-site management experience required within veterinary medicine
