Location:Green Bay, WI

Opportunity

 Join our team at Lodge Kohler, a four-diamond hotel located yards from Lambeau Field, that offers elegant accommodations and unparalleled service. As a Rooms Technician, you'll help maintain the beauty and charm of our guest rooms and facilities.  

Specific Responsibilities:

  • Request that Work Orders be issued (for Maintenance Technicians) for necessary repairs that require time and materials beyond the scope of the Room Technician's responsibility.
  • Respond to requests for guest room assistance in situations where other Maintenance
  • Technicians are unable to in a timely manner.
  • Maintain constant contact with housekeeping office to ensure all facets of the room PM program is being performed at an efficient and economical manner.
  • Monitor assigned external areas of the Group facilities for safe and functional use by patrons.
  • Participate in training programs to develop skills, knowledge, and background as it pertains to the Group facilities.
  • Maintain accurate work records of duties performed.
  • Recommend ordering of maintenance spare parts and materials for repairs and/or inventory.
  • Maintain storage areas in an orderly manner in compliance with all building fire and safety codes.
  • Typical activities will include, but are not limited to; minor woodwork repairs and touch-up, inspect, clean and lube bathroom fans, re-caulk tub and sinks, when necessary, check operation of all plumbing fixtures, cut out tiles and replace broken tiles, replace motors, circuit boards, PBUs/Valves, etc.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

This is a casual part-time position working weekdays and weekends. Shifts vary between 2:00pm-10:00pm.
