Now Hiring: Veterinary Client Service Representative - FULL TIME

Are you passionate about animals and dedicated to providing exceptional customer service? We're seeking a positive, friendly, organized, and compassionate individual to join our team as a Veterinary Client Service Representative (CSR)! About Us: At Prestige Animal Clinic, we pride ourselves on delivering compassionate care to our furry friends and their loving owners. Our clinic is committed to providing progressive veterinary care to people and pets in the community through compassion, dedication and education.

CSR Job Responsibilities:

Greet clients with a smile and provide excellent customer service

Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage client inquiries

Assist veterinarians and technicians with administrative tasks

Maintain accurate records and ensure client information is up to date

Help keep the reception area and waiting room clean and organized

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a veterinary or customer service role preferred

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

Attention to detail and a passion for animal care

Proficiency with computer systems and basic office software

Positive Attitude and a Desire to be a part of a team dynamic!

Reliability and Dependability is required.
