Client Care Advisor

Join our team at Furever Family Veterinary Care Center as a Client Care Advisor, where you’ll be the friendly face and voice welcoming pet owners and ensuring their experience is exceptional. Located in East Moline, IL, this role is perfect for someone passionate about providing outstanding customer service while supporting our veterinary team in delivering top-quality care to pets and their families.

Responsibilities
  • Greet clients warmly and assist them promptly and professionally.
  • Schedule appointments and manage client communications via phone, email, text and in-person interactions.
  • Maintain organized and accurate client records in our management system.
  • Provide clear information regarding services, treatment plans, and billing inquiries.
  • Coordinate with veterinary staff to facilitate smooth patient flow and excellent client experiences.
  • Handle administrative tasks including processing payments and managing inventory orders as needed.
Requirements
