Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Vet Technician/Assistant to join our veterinary team in Old Bridge, NJ. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in surgery assistance, room triage, and routine animal care procedures. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can provide excellent support to veterinarians and ensure the comfort and safety of our animal patients.
Key Responsibilities
  • Assist veterinarians during surgical procedures, ensuring all instruments and materials are prepared and sterile.
  • Perform room triage by assessing and prioritizing patient needs upon arrival.
  • Administer vaccines accurately and safely according to veterinary protocols.
  • Perform routine nail trims and express anal glands as part of animal grooming and health maintenance.
